TPO Sloped Roofs

A sloped TPO roof is a great choice for many commercial sites in Western and Central North Carolina. The technicians here at Premiere Roofing & Gutters have installed hundreds of these roofs over the years. Why do we recommend a sloped TPO roof system to our clients? The answer comes down to three advantages: efficiency, durability, and economy.

TPO: The Efficient Choice

Our experience with sloped TPO roof installation allows us to complete most projects in a timely manner while still ensuring excellent results. For you, this means minimal disruption to your normal workday.

TPO: The Durable Choice

TPO can withstand a wide range of weather conditions, including dry, sweltering summers and prolonged rain. It is resistant to rips, punctures, and tears. In fact, studies have shown that it can withstand severe hailstorms. Walking on your roof should be no problem as long as your employees follow simple guidelines, such as wearing standard work boots or other rubber-soled footwear (steel toe is fine).

TPO: The Economical Choice

Your new TPO roof will do more than block rain and moisture. It will also help to keep your building cool in the summer. That’s because its bright color repels more of the sun’s UV rays. As for lifespan, a properly installed TPO roof can last 30 years or longer. This makes it a true long-term choice when compared to other options.

Sloped TPO Roof Installation

TPO sheets are manufactured in rolls measuring from 10 to 20 feet in width. Our technicians will cut and shape the material to fit your sloped roof, then attach it using either an industrial adhesive or specially made mechanical fasteners.

We’ll install a layer of rigid insulation beneath the TPO, which will help to reduce your utility bills year-round. It will also protect your new roof from damage underneath. Overlapping TPO sheets are joined together by a process called heat welding. This is one of the last steps in completing installation.

Once we’ve installed your new roof, we’ll clean up the worksite, perform a thorough inspection, and invite you up to review the job yourself. We’ll make sure you’re fully satisfied before our crew leaves.

Sloped TPO Roof Repair

TPO is long-lasting and damage-resistant. But no roofing material is indestructible. If you have an existing TPO roof that needs servicing, then give us a call. We’ll dispatch our technicians to your site, where they will diagnose the problem and apply the correct solution.

Sloped TPO Roofing Contractor

Sloped roofs offer certain advantages over flat roofing, especially when it comes to shedding rain. But water and ice can occasionally collect on a sloped surface, potentially leading to leaks and water damage. This is true no matter what type of roofing material you use.

The best way to prevent these problems is to choose a contractor who knows how to work with TPO and sloped commercial roofs– one with a solid track record here in North Carolina.
